Impact of VitalInsight Technology in Healthcare

VitalInsight (VI) technology moves beyond symptoms and discovers root causes of outcomes. Because VI identifies the specific practices that account for exisitng performance, proven research-based remedies are presented in the dashboard and are used to align improvement strategies among teams and stakeholders.

Healthcare continually strives to balance efforts to improve patient care with the need to reduce waste, risk, and loss; and recruiting and onboarding sufficient numbers of qualified staff to improve performance of the organization, teams, and patient care outcomes.

VitalInsight assesses the alignment of practice among teams, departments, and other groups. It is not evaluative of any individual. When compared to any other planning and change process, takes less time, costs less money, uses fewer resources, reduces substantially disagreements about priorities and resources, and unites stakeholders in an agenda for improved outcomes.
