         VitalInsight Technology for Education

VitalInsight technology gets beyond symptoms and identifies root causes of underperformance, and provides specific research-based practices that produce performance levels closer to desired outcomes. account for exisitng performance, proven research-based remedies can be prescribed in the dashboard.

How do educators engage with VitalInsight?

VitalInsight technology engages stakeholders in an online assessment of their experience, knowledge, and aspiration related to 8,000 research-based best practices in education in less than 20 minutes.

Select Stakeholders and Dates

The organization selects the stakeholder groups it woud like to invite to participate in the VitalInsight inventory. An unlimited number of stakeholders from an unlimited number of groups can be invited. VI consults with leaders to select dates when the technology portal will be available to stakeholders. It is recommended that the portal be available for a week to make access both convenient and urgent.

Invitation to Stakeholder participants

The organization through a variety of media, invites participation via publication of the web portal to an unlimited number of stakeholders, including administrators, board members, teachers, skilled service, aides, students (grades 6-12+), parents, community partners, etc.

Stakeholder reponse

Stakeholder participants are asked to respond to a series of statements that measure their experience, knowledge, and aspiration related to practice in the organization. It is not evaluative of any individual, but assesses shared responsbilities within teams, units, departments, etc.

Data Analysis and Reporting

The VitalInsight data dashboard of eight reports is configured immediately upon closure of the portal. Within two days, the results, disaggregated by stakeholder and unit, are available to the leaders of the organization. A consultation about the results is provided, and the VI team remains available as a resource.
